Ticket Refund Policy

By visiting FullAutoArena.com (the “Website”), or by browsing or purchasing tickets listed on the Website, you expressly agree to be bound by and follow these Terms of Use (“Terms”). You further represent that you are authorized to enter into these Terms, which constitute a binding contract between us and you, and that you have all required authority, consent, and supervision necessary to purchase tickets through the Website if doing so. These Terms contain an arbitration and class action waiver provision, outlined below.

If you attend a session and are asked to leave due to any rule breaking, you are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or field credit.

When you order from the Website, you represent and warrant that you are aware of and understand the following terms about the Website’s marketplace:

• When you place an order on the Website, your order is not complete until you receive confirmation of the order.
• Once you place an order on the Website, the order can be terminated up to 4 business days prior to the selected date. There are no cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges if attempt to cancel 3 business days or less.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unless specified in the product warranty. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refundable for voluntary returns. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Original Packaging – unopened and undamaged
• Not Fired
• Battery Not Charged
• Magazines Not Loaded
• No damage
• No modifications

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and used / pre-owned items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used items, labor or gift cards.

Conditions that Void Warranty

• Guns are used with any bb brands not offered by Full Auto Airsoft, INC
• Any abuse of the gun that is outside of normal use
• Any modifications of the gun that are not performed by Full Auto Airsoft, INC
• Removal of the Orange Tip
• Disassembly of the gun

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyer assumes 100% ownership of products purchased from FAairsoft.com and Full Auto Airsoft, INC
• Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using products purchased.
• Buyer agrees not to alter and modify any product or remove the orange tip on any Airsoft replica.
• The buyer agrees to wear proper eye safety and ensure that all bystanders have proper eye safety prior to operating an Airsoft replica.
• Buyer will hold FAairsoft.com Inc., its staff, employees, and affiliates harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.
• Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (Observation of country, state and city laws is the sole responsibility of the consumer.)
• Buyer agrees that all transactions done on online with FAairsoft.com are sourced in New Jersey, where any future disputes will take place.

 

Custom Build Warranty

We have a 30 day warranty for all of our custom builds. If the item is being shipped, we honor the start of the policy on the delivery date.
